I don't have any, but I they are 16340 size and can be charged with any charger that accepts that size. I have the Xtar WP2 and it will accept them with a spacer added per battery. I would charge at 0.5 amps, but Lighthound say you can go as high as 1.5A.

IMO the WF-188 is not a great charger. Unless your batteries are very old, the charger is the causing the issue you're having.
