With a regulated mod the coil resistance is of virtually no consequence. Build for lots of surface area, with 200 watts at your disposal you could probably quickly heat ANY coil. Quad coils is a good start, you could also experiment with parallel or Clapton coils.
The point is that there is no magic coil configuration. You need to experiment, build a whole bunch of different coils and see what works for you. Bear in mind that wicking and coil placement are just as important in this equation.
