With a regulated mod the coil resistance is of virtually no consequence. Build for lots of surface area, with 200 watts at your disposal you could probably quickly heat ANY coil. Quad coils is a good start, you could also experiment with parallel or Clapton coils.
The point is that there is no magic coil configuration. You need to experiment, build a whole bunch of different coils and see what works for you. Bear in mind that wicking and coil placement are just as important in this equation.

Neither, it has to be just right. Slightly tighter if you are running a very hot coil.
I'd say if you are a beginner don't risk with 200 watts until you know what you are doing.
Till than you could use dual Clapton 26/32 coil ( 7 wraps each ) and vape it on 75-90 watt
Or dual Alien coil 32 5 each wraps ( 80-110 watt ).
Don't rush making crazy coils.

zephyr buddha 30 wraps of 316l ss round a 3mm screwdriver 15 on each side run it intc @600 f or at 100 watts plus and toke for as long as you can
