Which North American Website's sell chipsets?

I UTSE and didn't find too much so I'm asking here.

What On-Shore enterprises sell chipsets and other modding bits and bobs?

All I can really find is madvapes and fasttech, Which is Chinese. I would prefer to buy from North America and support our Businesses. And maybe get some schematics with the product.

I found another website called made in china which is like Alibaba and only sell's in volume.

EVOLV is an American company correct?

But also looking for examples that sell off shore chipsets such as Yihi(Ecigar) stuff and other examples of the same.

Evolv is a Class Act and their PCB's are easy to read and it is obvious where things get soldered.
