Hey, this is my first time giving out a recipe. It took me a while to make it perfect enough to post here. If theres good feed back, I'll give you the rest.

I'm actually using DX Caramel Original and V2 Capella flavors. Any time I can, I'll use the DX/V2 concentrates.

Steep 24 hours in a crockpot on low for 120ml.

You don't need VBIC.
I make a blueberry custard which is this same recipe but modified. I didn't used to use VBIC in my blueberry custard but I've recently revamped all of them. The blueberry was cut back to 4% to allow for VBIC. It's better with it though. It adds a creamy sort of texture but you could add any number of things to boost the vanilla and cream.

I also used to use EM in my custards but I've since replaced it and Bavarian Cream with Cap Sweet Cream. Much better.

If anyone makes it, lmk what you think.

Also, I don't steep over time. 24 hours in the crockpot on low does 120ml just fine.
30ml or less would probably take 6 or so. Probably less on high.

If you don't have VBIC and desserts are your deal, it's an essential imo.
Capella VBIC, NYCK, Vanilla Custard and Sweet Strawberry are all 120mls for me. And TFA DX Caramel and FW Dulce De Leche.

Cap Sweet Cream too...30ml isn't enough.
