Who has ordered DNA 20 clones from Alibaba/Hotcig?

The minimum order on these seem to be about 10 and I can't find any reviews on this company. ( 2014 Dna 30 Mod Dna20 Clone Made In Hotcig - Buy 2014 Dna 30 Mod,Hana Mod,Dna20 Hana Product on Alibaba.com ) Is it safe to order from them? Is there anyone else offering them one at a time? I can't find a co-op buying these chips, but I desperately want to try one out.

Alrighty. I'll keep an eye out for it. In the mean time, i've contacted the distributor to see if they'd be willing to sell a smaller amount. Do you remember what seller your coop used?

I was able to order a sample unit from them, it was a slight upcharge for a single unit, $3 USD. Price after shipping and fees was slightly higher than a real evolv dna-30 board....

board is fair quality, and appears to do what it claims.

There seems to be little reason to buy clone boards if one has access to genuine dna boards. The monetary difference is negligible.

I would expect that shipping economies of scale apply here, and in relatively small quantity (10) the at the door price would workout to about 1/2 the cost of a real evolve board.

Have you ran a test and scoped it to compare it to the results of the same test and scope on the dna? Or does it just look like a dna and function differently?

the closest thing i have to a scope is a speaker, i can tell you the signal is much cleaner than my knockoff ego-twist. The modulation frquency is high, i'm guessing somewhere in the 8Khz range. i would estimate the ego twist modulation in the 200hz range. not 100% sure the voltage reading on the display agrees with my meter, but i'll need to do more testing...
