Does anyone have experience with IMR costumer service? They sent me these batteries and one is obviously defective. I emailed them yesterday, just wondering what their standard turn around time is?

Wow! That is kind of scary to see. I thought many members recommended them but I will stay with Liion! Sorry can't help because I never used them for a purchase!

I will not be buying from them again, despite the recommendations from others

Just Me. But I really think if there was going to be a Problem with that Battery that it would have Occurred by now. And Wouldn't pop up out the blue the 1st time you turn your back on them.

Would I attempt to Charge or Use it? Absolutely Figgin Not!
Would I put in in the Trash? No.

But would I put it back in its Original Packaging and wait for an RMA Number? Sure.

Fasttech, Ebay or that shady gas station that sells 40 amp efest batteries. I usually buy my batteries from a shop that I know sells authentic (I've never got a cloned cell yet) batteries simply because I'm impatient. Please recycle that battery if you're not going to return it, not only are lithium batteries bad for the environment they're also dangerous.
