Why cant i make posts.?

I want to post in the e liquids section but i cannot see the " New Thread " sign,.

As far as I know you should be able to. You used to have to have 5 posts in the new members section first, but they've done away with that quite a while ago. Check again and see if you can post where you want, if not try asking about it in Site Feedback and Help You should be able to post there.

I reported this thread to get the attention of a mod, as soon as it's seen you should get some help. Don't know how long it'll be at this hour.

Moved to Site Feedback and Help.

Generally, clearing your cache and cookies can help fix issues like this. Browser addons have also been known to cause an issue or two as well.
