Will fdv noisy cricket upgrade make a mech mod?

You won't need to do any of that. The tube is included to make a mech mod.
Having said that, there are many other options available to you if you are happy to buy a clone mod. You can get much more mod for your money that way.

Go to FDV, & check out their replacement/upgrade kits for other mods.
They expiain suitabilty for other mods, Clone &.Authentic..
It's a full tube mod itself that you can use right out of the package. Works fine. As Ben said too though, there's a lot of options in that price range for clone tubes.
Why in gods name would you want to do this?
Its an afterthought meant to utilize spare parts for NC owners.
It doesn't make a very good mech mod, but its functional.
A decent mech clone can be bought for around $15....
As said, there are much much better options.
Please tell us this wont be your first mech.
I agree ,there are better options even clones if you do not want to pay authentic prices.
Clone mech's are 100% better now then they were back in,say,2010-2011.
