It's considerd bad form to put up any Christmas decorations here in Clogland before Sinterklaas is over (though that doesn't stop many).
Our Christmas tree goes up 12 days before Christmas and comes down on Twelfth Night.
I am just NOT that organized...
Mine comes down, when I feel like it.... LOL
We leave our Christmas tree up for the Twelve days of Christmas. We put it up whenever we have the energy sometime in December.

@Krisma @Betty Cat I am seriously thinking about getting a dog. I want something very.. territorial. Protect his turf kinda thing, that I can train to have free roam over a few acres, but not go outside it. So, obedient. I also want it to be helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverant. Wait, that's me.. No. Badazz, and BIG, but good to my family.
