X Cube Ultra issue?

I recently purchased this device and have had no issues with it so far, I love it. My friend purchased one today, and somehow after he takes a pull, a few seconds later, the device starts firing on it's own!! I can't find any info about this or any settings to change it. I looked on the app, and in the mod's menus.

Has anybody heard of this? If so, what is it? And how do you fix it?

I don't have the Ultra, but this was a known issue on the Xcube II. The solution was to slightly loosen the hex nuts above or below the firing bar. The problem was the bar getting a wee bit stuck.

I appreciate your response, but I'm thinking it's something else. Only because it didn't happen instantly when he put it down, it happened a few seconds later...almost like it was programmed to do it.

I remember someone saying when it first came out, that you could program it to vape without using the fire button...I'm not too clear on it.
