Rule #7 would ban vaping in indoor public spaces and workplaces. This regulation would also prohibit vaping within 30 feet of public entryways, windows, or ventilation systems.
  1. Make plans to attend this hearing! Please see our talking points on indoor vaping bans to help develop your comment. Time to speak may be limited, but your written comment can be as long as you need it to be. Even if you do not plan to speak, your presence is important as it demonstrates the large numbers of people affected by this issue.

  2. If you are unable to attend the hearing, please submit your written comments using the following options
    1. Submit a comment through Riverstone Health's online comment form at Riverstonehealth.org (Our Organization - Contact Us - RiverStone Health)

    2. Submit your comment by sending an email to Rule7@riverstonehealth.org

    3. Mail your written comment to:
      • RiverStone Board of Health

      • Attn: Rule 7

      • 123 South 27th Street

Although no action is expected to be taken at this hearing, the board anticipates making a decision on Rule 7 at its July/August meeting. This may be the only opportunity the public will have to comment on this rule.
