This is the closest I can come up with for that chocolate peppermint taste. It does contain an oil but read my instructions, I think this method helps to mix the oil with the PG. You may want to have an atty dedicated to this flavor because the peppermint is strong.

50% peppermint oil (lorann's)
50% double chocolate (capella's)
Instructions: Take the peppermint oil and add equal amounts of PGA or vodka. So if you are going to use 10 drops of peppermint oil add 10 drops of PGA or vodka to the peppermint oil. Shake this up well, it will turn opaque, that's OK in the end your liquid will still end up transparent. Now just add the peppermint/PGA to the Chocolate flavor and mix well. Use this as your flavor mix and add to your juice, I use around 20% flavor and it's really strong, you may want to start at 10% and work your way up to what you like.
You may want to add a sweetener but watch the ez sweet, one drop in 4 ml was to sweet and killed the peppermint taste.
