Zephyrus V2 Clapton build.

I was sleptical that this was going to work. Haven't worked much with Clapton wire but it turned out awesome and flavour is much better. Dual coil 26/32 g kanthal 7 wraps at 2mm. Just fits but it's awesome.

That's awesome. I just switched over to the Zephyrus V2 from my old Kanger Subtank mini. Planning on doing claptons when I get some wire.

What resistance is that getting?

Worked out to 0.4ohm just rebuilt it again and came in at 0.36 running it at 40 watts on my sx mini m class and my VTC mini.

Good to know. Is that a single core clapton, or dual core? I've been trying to get a fused clapton to fit inside my Zephyrus V2 but so far it barely fits.

Thinking that I'm going to have to go with single core claptons in order to make things work.

It's single core. 26 gauge wrapped in 32 gauge.

It's right up there with my Crius and Billow V2. And a bonus you can throw a premade coil in there in a pinch. Haven't used one yet though.

I have been using 28g x 40g outer fused clapton @3.2v around 2mm. Warm vape and flavor is awesome!

my first try was disaster - i was finally able to fit a single 26gX32g clapton on a V1 - 5 wraps on a 2.4mm closer to 4 volts - I'm liking it for now - until i feel like building something new
