7: New bottom grid in place; now remove the excess side tabs. NOT with scissors - double ow! I used a Dremel.
6: Stock grid on right will be upper shelf; modified grid on left will rest on bottom of rack
5: It's possible with scissors, but -- ow!
4: These bits need to come off to make new lower grid
