Recurve + Pulse 80w

beautiful set up imo, im curious on what build you have in there tho and welcome to squonking i dont jave the 80w regulated but i have 2 pulse bf mech mods and love them

I am using 26ga round SS wire, 8 wraps, basically exactly like Daniel (DJLSB does it in this vid - - except I am not using the coil winding tool he uses, I just did it by hand using the 3mm tool that came with the Recurve). I'm also using the COTN wicks as he does. (As a newb, I needed to keep it simple.) The mod reads it at 0.79 ohms and set it for 30W, which I end up turning up just a little (currently at 37 watts). I have to admit, being totally new to this, not only am I always afraid of over-squonking and flooding the deck, but I forget to squonk entirely (*eek!*) ... So I've already replaced my cotton after 2 days (of course I was pretty much vaping it allllll day, lol). I'm currently vaping Naked 100, Hawaiian Pog 6mg, but I'm already thinking about getting another bottle in a diff color to use with diff juice -- and I think it's super cool you can get replacement panels so you can change the whole look whenever you feel like it.

I know this isn't rocket science, but I'm pretty proud of myself for figuring this all out. ...I do find myself taking off the drip tip and looking at it while I squonk so I can see how much liquid I'm putting in there. I had started getting a lot of popping/spitting last night (shortly before I realized I had completely fried the wick, haha). I think I over-squonked after a couple of dry hits, thinking that would "correct" my mistake.... I'm guessing that's not gonna work haha
