Staked the board into place in several spots around the tube. It will also be J-B Welded in.

The battery and PVC spacer. I shaved the PCB board diameter down so that it will fit inside the smaller diameter portion of the tube and rest on top of the PVC spacer. This will give me more room in the head and a tighter battery contact.
The board ready to go in. I cut the Neg. circuit to the center, as you can see at the 3 o'clock position.

Sliced the 510 connector into tabs and then bent the tabs down for added strength. They will also be J-B welded.
