5037-10/4/2012--Busted New CE4. Outer case would not come off for cleaning; so removed center silicone cap to dry burn 2nd time. Entire metal interior moved upward, and outer case cracked. I am not a fan of short and/or long wicks CE4s!

9/15/2012--Defective V4L XL Manual Diamond Series Battery & Casualties. V4L Manual XL DS battery auto turned on overnight! It melted the CE2 and drip tip. After a cleaning and recharge, later on 9/15/12, the battery melted the V4L tank drip tip at the cartridge end. V4L provided wonderful customer service, and replaced items damaged.
