Here in Queensland, Australia, e-ciggs have been branded a method of "regulated poison" as per the nicotine content. Thus resulting in an outright ban on use as well as even posession. So now I am a criminal.
Any ideas on how we can fight this? As you may have read in my other posts, not only the sale, but now the use and posession of an e-cigarette is illegal in QLD due to the wisdom of QLD Health.
I just cant enjoy a vape outdoors now, as Im constantly on guard looking for police etc. :(...
It seems that in the Australian State of Queensland at least that QLD Health have found that even use and posession are illegal. Due to them saying that they are a dispenser of a "regulated poison".

You can't buy or sell them in Australia. There arn't any laws against using them though.
I want to use it at my local bar and places like cafe's here in Brisbane.. no idea of the reaction I'm going to get!!
Hey mate Im in Brisbane, where I think vaping is unheard of. I've just ordered a DSE901. Would love to hear of peoples reactions to vaping in no-smoking areas like pubs and bars in Australia.
Does anyone have a card or something with a simple explanation to print out?
