I agree. I smoke menthol and could not taste any mint in their smoke. I have been useing a local supplier. I do not know if they ship out of the Duluth, MN area. The guy comes to my house to deliver the juice. I do not know where he gets it from. Best I have tried so far. Vapor and flavor.

I have been buying in bulk and always keep some in my car. When people start asking I am more than happy to show them and let them know I have them for sale. Has been paying for my habit.

Might have to cut your losses and find a new place to buy from. Unfortionatly there are a lot of shady people selling these things. I know from experience (lost over $100).

Had the same problem with one I ordered off ebay, they talked to thier supplier and told me they got a bad batch of batteries. I returned them and they sent me new ones. Send an email to whom you bought them from and explain the problem.
