i'm a formerly overly Complicated person now accepting the simpler things in life, Universe and Everything! :balanced:

Shoes, Dis-ease and tobacco are just 3 of the complications i've simplified thus far - have a huge 'tickbox of life' to keep me occupied.

Used to vape for those unnecessary smokes - leaving places, at the computer etc. but decided that as the PV's have improved, it was time to simplify and just carry a PV (+back ups of course ) - Lent was as good a time as any - especially with a chocolate coated reward at the end of it! Practicing Reiki and smoking just doesn't really fly well in today's 'Alternative Health' community :redcarded:
