How did you get VAT refunded? Did you contact them or did they do it on their own?

I don't like the lock ring either. It looks too fat and I agree that it needs another brass accent to give it purpose. The rest of it looks amazing! I would like to get one last look at it before I jump on the list.

I'd prefer it to be 22mm with the same threading as the Caravella, GP, etc. I really like the idea of standardized threading for cross compatibility!

Did you ever come up with an answer? I just got my trident today and it won't thread onto my nzonic v3. Edit: It was the threading. Seems their tools were dull. I stuck the atomizer in an a chuck and cleaned it up with a 7mmx.5 die. Works great now!
