Cigarettes is the blunt answer. Or tobacco, I suppose they might roll their own, chew it or stick it in a pipe and smoke it. Only 16% of smokers have switched to vaping. So Its actually 84% not 85 that still smoke. Basically Vaping isn't really catching on.

My Cartomiser lasts almost all day and my battery more than a day, and I constantly use it, without restriction at work and at home. I have no need for a longer lasting battery, but I get the point, most cigalike batteries are small and don't last long and the charging thing would be an issue...
