Your probably best to just get another one. The switch is more than likely the problem or possibly a short inside. I had the same problem recently and it was the switch.

When you start noticing a difference in the vapor quality like your experiencing. You could also take out the filler material and rinse it under the faucet and let dry and retry it.

I too have over a $100 worth of liquid from last week and none of them seemed just right. They have kind of a weird taste that I was not expecting. This was my first order thou so I can only compare it to the TW's. I may have just expected to much.
