They only dissolve partially in water, they will re-crystalize if left to sit. Get some everclear...works likes a charm. You don't need much, either.

Love the 36mg cash menthol...strong but not overpowering, and not skunky like others that I've tried. My least favorite cash juice has got to be the cola...whew...tastes really bad, maybe I got a stale bottle or something.
