I just went last week over to Idaho to buy my dishwasher detergent. They banned it because of the phosphates so now they only sell crappy non-phosphate containing detergent that doesn't do anything.

You are not alone, i too got a EM901 and although the customer service was fantastic and such, the product doesn't live up to the claims. The first unit i received was definately defective and it was replaced promptly but still doesn't work, super short cut off times, batteries sticking on...

I find myself blowing it out my nose as a preferred method now because I get more flavor that way, something I never did smoking analogs.

I ordered on Friday the 13th and it was shipped on the 21st. Arrived in LAX customs on the 23rd and was released on the 24th and arrived to me in WA state this morning the 26th.

I ordered the Vapor Viper (EM901) set and it is "not" compatible with any of my DSE 901 parts, just thought people should know in case they are depending on this aspect of it........
