I had a similar issue, got a riva and one of both my atomizer when belly up in about 2 or 3 weeks. I sent an e-mail and abe got back to me quickly. I would highly recommend them.

i think upping the nic levels is the wrong direction to go. try lowering your nic level when you are chain vaping and then raise it when you can't. i think you will be more able to stay in control that way. if you up it your just gonna nic fit more when you don't have it.

usally I use the atomizer to determine which it is, however I don't see any atomizers on it, so am guessing it is a rn-4081 (the top of the carts has the ridge plugs, as opposed to the smooth caps a m401/402). I make no promises but that is my best guess.

i hope it does, the m401 is nice but i feel a bit more towards tasters and social smokers. Although not as sexy the 901 is awesome. mine gives me tons of vapor easy to refill only leaks when I over fill it. I wish you luck

I found my 401 wasn't producing tons of vapor, however i found if i just poke a paper clip through the hole at the bottom and move the cartridge up a touch (like a 1/16th of an inch) it vapes much more. hope that helps you. Tabasco
