Just wanted to add my experience with one specific liquid: Janty RY4. I started off with a bottle of RY4 (Low), which still has a nice throat hit. After this I switched over to RY4 (no nicotine), and - nothing, the throat hit is gone. Made me think that at least in this particular liquid/flavor...
