I don't think anyone is offering a kit with a twist in it yet. I'd just have them get 1 650 mah battery ($25), box of cartos ($7), charger ($7), bottle of juice ($7) to try it out. If they like vaping they can add another twist or get a kit if they come out with one.

Excellent point and should not be forgotten. I will say though that a VV battery can make a crapppy atty/carto a bit better, not perfect, but better.
