I replied to my ticket earlier this week, but have received no response. I will give it some more time, but I just wish they would respond.

I've had a support ticket since 07/06/2010 and have only had an automated reply. This is upsetting because up until this point I have been extremely satisfied with MadVapes products and service. (Support ticket #283998)

I too have spent more than I thought just to get where I am comfortable, but in the end it has been well worth it.
