What I did was to get a 5mm socket. Unscrew the whole switch and place the socket on the inside and hold the button with your other hand. This allows you to really tighten it. Mine doesn't come loose anymore.

My first was a 901 cig-a-like in 2009. My current go-to is weekdays, a brushed paps 2.5 with a brushed spheriod. At weekends I use my two-tone Piccolo and a polished Spheroid.

I also found some M2 washers on eBay, put the on the centre post and you get no hot-spot at the top end of the coil.

After switching to an LR atomizer on the ego I would not go back to using standard 510 ones. Suddenly my ego is now my favourite PV!

Yeah definately get a USB passthough. You could always get a USB battery pack later to make the whole thing more portable.
