Don't give up. It took me a few months to totally convert but once you find the right e cig you will have no problem putting them down. I don't even like the taste of cigs now and I'da never believed that possible :)

Seems to me a delay is a good thing. I think he doesn't want to rule in favor of e cigs for the obvious reasons and if he knows the FDA has no case. They are just plain wrong.He's between a rock and a hard place and most probably doesn't want to be there. This could go on forever:)
