Actually that's exactly what they did for me. Casey had dropped one in the mail right after I informed her of my 510 adapter failure. I received my replacement while the damaged adapter was enroute back to them.
Boy was I mad when I picked that for my first major in college. Took me a semester to figure out why you needed to know so much math just to drive the train...
Sorry - was hoping it was the simple fix for ya. As far as them not getting back to you I have a ticket in for something else that is still open as well. I know they are slammed right now getting out the V2's and catching up with the rest. Be patient. They ALWAYS resolve their issues.
