hi all i have found that with the auto switch cuts off after 2-3 seconds which is before its auto cut of but if you put your finger over the l.e.d and play it like a flute you can get a good amount of vapour off it :thumb:

that what i was thinking that my emails were not getting to them the last one i sent got a reply in about an hour or so and it was all sorted out. nice one harry

it took 2 days and 4 emails but he is now sorting it.is it just harry doing it by himself?

at last got a reply of harry new battery and auto swich are on the way just hope there ok by the time they get to me by post

cool will do. i love every thing else about the kissbox classic the atomizers are great and the manual switch with great vapour. i here that they are looking for someone in the uk to supply them that would be great

i will send it back with the battery when i get a reply back from them. have you had any problems getting hold of them

hi everyone my second battery is now charged and is fine. only one is dead have contacted janty eu 3 times today with no reply at all. and yeah the auto switch still cuts out after 2 secounds so must be normal

lol i know what you mean im looking at a charger i got from smokster and it looks alot more secure pin and no gaps in it and is straight but there all made there?

looking at the charger the pin in the middle looks very loose and off to one side could this have killed the first battery?

i will try the other battery tomorrow ans see what happens hope this one will be ok seems strange that they would both light up the l.e.d before charging and one to die when nearly full charged. thanks for the help both of you
