To divide by a percentage, you must divide by that percentage in its decimal forms. so 70% is actually .70 (0 being 0% and 1 beings 100%)... therefore, 15W/.70=21.4

Are the eDC round and flat cartomizers the same besides the tips? The reason I ask is because I already have bought the round tipped ones, and figured I would try the flat tips... and in case I don't like the flat tips, I was thinking I could just take the old round tips and "transfer" them to...

I just received my order of the new Janty eDC dual-coil cartos. I was under the impression that they came with rubber "end-caps" (the clear silicone caps for the side that connects to the battery). However, none of mine came with the caps. I like them because I can fill them and prevent them...
