It might not look the best, but for the last 3 months all I use is a Teflon drip tip on my Russian 91%. It's short and NEVER gets gunked up with lip grunge. Flow Tip Teflon

I always have a tank filled with menthol when I'm sick. Really clears up my sinuses, like the vicks inhaler.

I believe that the top cup is connected to the circuit board. The 2 star drive screws next to the display look as if they hold the whole assembly in place.

I use 2.0 ohm attys at 5 volts, and 3.0 ohm attys at 5.5. I also use 80/20 and 50/50 mixes depending on the juice maker. I think the darker juices tend to burn more, just my personal experience. Are you keeping those attys wet? I drip 4-5 drops in a BE510, and 6-8 drops in the ego mega atty...

Wedge something between the brass and steel. A sliver of paper might do the trick. Than press the brass back into the steel. A socket, not the wrench, over the brass and tap it with a hammer. There are pics on how to press the brass into the steel on this sub-forum somewhere.
