Hi recieved my e-cig on wed and I have been using it since, I do miss real cigs and have had a couple. but I think eventually will stop and just use the e-cig I am worried about not knowing if they can be harmful or not but I have noticed my chest felt better yesterday after using it wednesday...

Hi I am new and in the UK, I ordered the health e cig hasn't arrived yet, not sure if it will be any good but ordered it before I found this forum, never used one before and going to use it to try and give up smoking for good.
