True, but then that is the FDA's research. They just don't like research that is done without their involvement, like NJoy's own third-party research. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with their research. Just that the FDA probably doesn't care about it.

What is kind of sad is that any research done on behalf of a company that involves their own products is unlikely to carry any weight with the FDA and could easily be spun to not carry any weight with the general public. We are used to seeing companies do their "own research" on their products...
