e-liquid can be diluted with vegetable glycerin. It also helps give more body to the vapor, and can coo the atomizer if you drip it there.

I'm having the same problem--it's hard to find low nicotine juice (or carts). I have some food grade glycerin from organic-creations. Used this in making soap and skin products. Is this the same stuff that will make vapor, and that will allow me to dilute the nicotine amount? anyone know...
