Thanks guys, I tried refilling one of my carts last night but found that when I took a drag liquid just came out of the mouthpiece hole. All I did was to drop some juice in the cart, I didnt remove anything. What am I doing wrong?

Mailed John last night, had a mail from him in my inbox this morning to say the batteries have been packaged up and will be sent today, should be with me tomorrow. Now thats customer service. :)

Well fingers crossed I will get a reply from John tomorrow, you never know might even get it Sat morning if its posted tomorrow. Anyway will let you know how I get on when it gets here.
