Exactly Mace! You got it, and they will. They will make importing of e-cigs illegal, but then they will start manufacturing them in the US and tax the sh*t outta them. As long as they are making the dollar not the small independant online stores and such.

No matter what we write, they will go for the downsided threads. Bypass all the people here saying how much healthier they feel because they they haven't had a regular cigarette in weeks...months. They will go after the posts stating that they want to e-smoke to be able to bypass smoking bans...

Just to clarify, this order was not placed at bestcig,it was from smoke51, not that it is the suppliers fault that this is happening anyways.

I believe that article left something out. I read somewhere earlier that if the e-cig was to be sold as a smoking cessation product then it must submit proof of this.

They are proved to be harmful now, just not nearly as harmful as an analog cigarette. In my mind, there would be no way that electronic cigs will ever prove to be more harmful than an analog, it just can't be possible, and those are still selling.

I'm still supposedly back-ordered from my original purchase date of march 2nd. My visa was also charged on the 3rd. Well your story at least gives me some hope that I may end up receiving my product or some notification soon. I'm happy to hear something positive may come out of this for you...
