I knew I was gonna quit smoking before I turned 30 (30th b-day in April), but I knew that I wasn't done w/ nicotine and I knew I wasn't gonna be ready to qiot the ritual of inhaling and exhaling all together so I figured the e-cig was perfect for me.
Did ya just quit smoking and pick up the e-cig? If so you might be experiencing low blood sugar. Same thing happened to me when I first started e-cigging. I used to skip meals when I smoked, but even w/ an e-cig ya still gotta keep your calorie/sugar intake up.
