well it seems the other battery must be defective.. either that or the manual does a very poor job of informing people who are new to these products about what to do to get them to work. It says just charge the battery for 2 hours max 3 and you are good to go. I tried that and the results were...

I emailed straight away and i still have not received a reply.. i think i have every right to be angry if i purchase GBP190 worth of products from somewhere and follow the manual and the online videos to the letter and yet the product doesnt work... wouldnt you? And i was not casting any doubt...

yep i had done that.. i just tried the new fully charged(15 hour) battery and it is working like a charm. I believe the first battery must have been defective. Thanks for your help.. I do have a couple more questions though, perhaps you could help since you use 901s exclusively.. - How long...

while i was writing that the green light on the charger decided to show up... its only been charging for 2 hours... i am going to leave it charge a whole 9 hours... just to make sure..

it really is annoying getting a defective product and having to send it all the way across europe for a replacement.. what is even worse is that i bought 3 starter packs which cost quite an amount. (2 as christmas presents that i have given to family members in order for them to give as presents...

I can definitely concur on the taste part... i have a taste in my mouth that has a distinct cat-piss tint to it lol It was almost too hot to hold so i removed the battery... i was given another battery too so i am going to charge that one for 12 hours and see where it takes me.

The weird think is it gets THAT hot and no smoke comes out whatsoever.. :confused: sucking or not, the only time i got some smoke to come out of it was a laughable amount after sucking for a good 10 seconds, which was the first time i tried it. Since then i havent seen any smoke at all.

I sent them an email for some support. Will have to wait and see what they think.

Yes it really is beginning to seem that way :( I am currently giving my other battery a 14 hour charge... If that doesnt work, i suppose the atomizer will be the culprit.

Mine was definitely hotter than warm... verging on it could burn your skin type of hot but not quite there yet..

i am going to charge it for another 12 hours now and i will see how i go tomorrow.. the thing about the charger is this.. the light is always green... it never changes. From the before the 1st charge to when its charging to when its supposed to be finished... it just stays green.. It went red...

yes i put a couple of drops on it as instructed in the vid... but still nothing. The LED is flashing about 9/10 times when i remove it from the atomizer which i believe means the battery needs to be re-charged. However, it has just been charged ...which i find strange. Besides, if the atomizer...

oh yes, id also like to mention that once i start smoking(and stop), the atomizer begins to get very very hot... to the point that it nearly gets too hot to hold.
