Hi all, I posted on this the other day. I'm a nurse and I think the way we send patients out into the cold with drips etc is just plain dangerous. Certainly in the hospitals I work in nurses go outside too, so no favouritism there! Most people who are desperate to smoke and go half a mile...

hi Xanthos, I'm glad you decided to try vanilla, I'm a menthol smoker and don't like the menthol carts at all! It wasn't until i swapped to Vanilla that i got the feeling I wanted. Everyone is different I know but I almost failed cos I hated the menthol carts! Good luck
