one full week without a single cig. im exclusively using snus now. =)

thats just insane. i don't under stand how someone can use that. i like the general oynx cause the taste is rich but i can only use it for about 15 mins so i don't over nic myself.

Bob i read some data that suggested that its about the same. only a little higher in snus users. also that only half the nicotine in a portion is usally absorbed. i really like the nicotine over time that snus provided is very soothing

also to be fair smoking tobacco causes gum diseases as well

im not sure if its true or not but i read last night its not as bad with the pouches because its the loose bits that aggrivate it the most.

TB, i was curious my main concern on this stuff is gum recession. do you think if i brush 3 times a day and mouth wash, i should be ok with using portions or is it still likly to happen

i looked into the stuff a while back and the local news reported on it at one point in time. the nicotine is so low you would have to bath in the stuff to have any real effect. i think they were hoping for a placebo effect

i order from buysnus.com, i think they are pretty good. i also have a pending order with getsnus.com but this is the first time iv gone there but the site itself is put together nicly i think. not to mention if you put your mouse on the logo of the site you can drag it.... its a snus lid!!!

there is no link to mouth cancer and snus. the only thing they could find in is pancratic. at much much lower rates then smoking mind you. even that the result were dirtied up with snus users who also smoked, or continued to do both. just wanted to clear that up. as far as tobaccoo goes...

oh yeah and almost every gas station in town here in cincinnati has a camel snus frige behind the counter now. none of have the snus in yet. my brother works at one of the stations and says its gonna be in soon

iv been lurking here for about 6 months, so iv read alot of the other people with similar problems. it does just seems as with me some of us might absorb this is differently or fast or somthing. its very odd. fustrating for me cause i know so many of us have had really good results. anyway...

correct me if im wrong, but my understanding (from reading the past few days) is the ongoing effects of a OD from nic is not the nic itself but the effects the high levels did to body chemistry.
