Got one of these a week ago, great device but one annoying thing - the temp set lock won't stay locked. I lock it, walk away, and when I come back to it it's unlocked. It will stay locked right after I lock it, but it always unlocks by itself. Anybody else see this?

My CC # was stolen and used at a Lowes and Walmart in NC (about 100 miles from MV) Nov. 27th - the same day I bought some stuff from MadVapes. WAY too much of a coincidence for me for them not to be the leak. I emailed them and told them to start accepting paypal or my business is going elsewhere.

Still working fine (when I use it). I'm not into vaping nearly as much as I was - analogs got me back under their power.

I've only ever used the tiniest switches I can find at radio shack and I haven't had one fail yet - no circuitry, just straight wiring.

Is the black wire even needed? Wouldn't the casing itself provide a proper connection between the two connectors?

Oh well then. Sorry if I had a dissenting opinion and didn't just jump on the bandwagon like everyone else. I should have known better than to do something so stupid as to share an unpopular opinion.

Software? Processors? USB programming? Profiles and logs? Honestly, the whole thing sounds needlessly complex - and insanely expensive. Sorry to sound like a ...., but I don't know why anyone would really need any of that.

What's to stop someone from using metal tubing instead of quartz? You'd have to find a way to shield the coil from it, but other than that I would think it would be much easier to use. What could you use to shield the coil that is heat conductive but not electrically conductive?

So is there any chance of that type of atomizer running off 2 or 3 3.7v rechargeable batts? If it can be miniaturized to near the size of a stock atomizer, I'm all over it.

Got mine today - the thing hits like a TRUCK. My GOD. I'm actually scared of it. I was looking at the liquid it comes with - ingredients are PG, glycerin, and water. Do you think it's safe to use as a thinner for regular liquid?

Will it still work if you just remove the LED completely, or take it out and short the wires?
