It's just steel wool used for polishing and cleaning. The stuff I got is made by a company called Liberon and is virtually oil free. I tried vaping contunuously to empty a cart out from being full to see if I could get the steel wool and atmomiser to heat up lots but it's still all good right...

Still early days, the wool has not combusted or anything like that. Cig seems to smoke ok though and the steel wool is very absorbant. Will try this out for a bit and see what happens.
