Look up Duracoating, it is awesome stuff. It probably wouldn't be more than 50 bucks to have someone do it and duracoat is real durable, it stands up to use on rifles, it will have no problem standing up to the "rigors" of being on a APV.

They are very hard to clean/change flavors. I had to basically boil mine then do the rice drying trick and it still ghosted for more than half a tank. They also put out a lot hotter vape than the BCC Evods I was using and that took some time to get used to.
