You'll get a response eventually. Sometimes they don't respond for days on end. It's annoying. But at least they said a paid postage return envelope with the warranty replacement. Other than that, there are so many other digital sticks available that do the job far better than NJOY.

Get a M401 and some good e-juice and you'll swear you're smoking an analog. I smoked a pack a day of marlboro menthols for 7 years. The M401 is the true replacement. Just make sure you buy a couple extra atomizers. :(

There must be something that can be done! Do you know what material the wire is made of? And maybe there is a way to replace said wire with an alternative material of connection? If this extremely thin wire is solely responsible for atomizing the liquid, what do the rest of the metal wires do...
