    Wall Street Journal Article

Very good article. I'm glad the guy who wrote it actually did his homework. I brought up the article today in one of my business classes (I go to USC) as an example of government regulation, and I was surprised to find that everyone in my lecture knew exactly what I was talking about. I...

Anyone else like 3.7V more than 5V on their Prodigy?

That's what happened to me. 5v with an 801 blew my mind! But after awhile, I missed the cooler, smoother vape of a 3.7v. It's also a big possibility that the fact I quit analogs (again) has made my throat much more sensitive. I'm using an unresistored switch at 3.7v with a 510 atomizer, and...

Anyone else like 3.7V more than 5V on their Prodigy?

I just jumped back on the 3.7V boat. Decided to try out an 18650 battery I got from DX with a resistored switch, and I got nothing. I tried it on the unresistored switch I got today though, and it's AMAZING! The vapor isn't quite as think as 5V (maybe 75% of what I got at 5v?), but the flavor...

    Football game

So this gave me a pretty big scare. I was walking into the USC v. SJSU game yesterday at the Coliseum, and I completely forgot I had brought my brand new (less than 24 hours old) Prodigy V1 with me. Security was emptying everyone's pockets (welcome to Los Angeles, haha), and I thought I was...

    My Doctor's Appt.

Aw, I wish my doctor were like all of yours. After my physical, he just said "you're in perfect health," which I definitely attribute to my e-smoking. My lung function is even back to average, which is great. When I mentioned how I'd quit smoking and moved onto e-cigarettes, he just looked at...

Why so many janty sticks for sale?

I'm in the same boat as Medic23. I was curious about the 5v of the prodigy. After trying it, I just couldn't go back to 3.7v. The JS is a great unit, but I feel like the Prodigy V1 is exactly what I needed. I get snickers and comments from friends about how it looks like I'm smoking a...

    RCR123a vs 18650

djabsynth, I think you might be right. I remember high school physics where we'd wire cells in series until we met the desired voltage and then wired them in parallel until we reached the desired capacity. Haven't received my Prodigy yet, but I'm hoping that 5v at 700mah blows my mind so...

    Merged old sticky threads (5)

My JS V2 did the same thing, and now it stays activated until the cutoff, even if I lift my finger off the switch. I love using my 201 atomizers with my JS V2, although I've noticed that you have to clean out the bottom of the atomizer and the atomizer chamber much more frequently than with...

My JS V2 worked like a dream for a week. Now, it seems my switch all of a sudden went bad. I can now hear a "squeaky" sound when I press on the switch, and my JS V2 seems to be "sticky," remaining activated even after I've lifted my finger off the switch.

I'm buying one as soon as these come out! I'm definitely lovin' the black and greys. It's neutral, which is great in my town. It won't get me in trouble for our little cross-town rivalry in Los Angeles (i.e. UCLA v. USC). Can't wait!

    A Positive Experience :D

So, I was driving down to a friend's wedding from Minneapolis to Omaha. Along the way, I made a stop at a typical looking truck stop (with a McDonald's inside). As I was walking through the entrance, I saw a sign on the door that said "Electronic Smoking Devices Welcome!" I just had to smile...

Just a word of advice: go with Janty batteries instead. I had 6 spare brand new Ultrafire batteries lying around from my e-cigar days. Fully charged them for 12 hours. I was so excited that I already had spares for my Stick. Unfortunately, they only last for about 5-15 minutes of vaping, and the...

    0 mg Juice

I get a fairly decent lung hit with Johnson Creek Juice. I love their Tennessee Cured and Kona Coffee. It takes awhile to feel it though. My recommendation is get your nic as low as possible...I was mixing a 50/50 solution of 11mg and 0mg before I tried straight up 0mg. Once you decide to try 0...

I think the better cart draining might be from a more consistent battery drop off? I find the form factor of the JS superior to a penstyle in every way. Plus, the batteries are less expensive. Careful with the "almost any penstyle atomizer will fit" thing though. My Puresmoker and...
