thats it. went down to check with them, and they told me its banned in Singapore. it got confiscated. the law section states : no import, sale of any product/toy designed to resemble a tobacco product. - yeah they use this law to confiscate the product. this is bad.

how do i know if its illegal to import? the law only states sales and distribution is against the law. nothing abt consuming and importing for personal usage.

what about telling them to send the item back to the sender? this way im able to get the refund of the item from sender. what rights do they have to confiscate the item or imply a fine to me? anyone??
